VeServe Appointments is more than just the average appointment system, it also doubles as an agent resources management system as well. Coupled with a dashboard that provides information on booking statuses and agent allocation, this is a one-stop system to oversee your customer appointments, agent resources and details on both online/offline interaction of the bookings.

In-built Dispatch System – Agent resources can be set up within the system and they will be automatically allocated (round-robin) to new bookings for follow-up and engagements. Assigned agents and their supervisors will both receive the notification of the appointment for their review and action.

All-around Notification System – Both internal and external notifications can be managed within the system. Either through the selected channel of SMS or emails, notifications can be sent to acknowledge bookings, notify cancellations and changes provide links to follow-up surveys and notify responsible agents. The system also allows batch notifications.

Comprehensive and Actionable Dashboard – Booking statuses and details, as well as responsible agents, can all be viewed from the dashboard. Agents will also be able to see slots usage for occupied, unused and reserved slots and make manual adjustments when necessary. When agents have entered details regarding case updates and remarks, that information can also be viewed from this dashboard
